This is my dog. His name is Derby. He is usually a really good dog, but today he was crazy. He was doing everything he could think of to be bad and get our attention. It was like having a baby that just cries and cries and nothing you do makes it happy. That's how Derby was today except he was playing with things he doesn't usually get into, humping the air and running around knocking us over. It was pretty frustrating until we realized because of the time change we forgot to feed him. The poor thing was starving to death...he got his dinner a whole hour late!!!!!
Derby did get to go for a nice long spring walk on Friday. Of course sense it had been a few weeks because of the cold he had to mark everything along the way. The neighborhood dogs now know who the true ruler is. It has rained here now for two days. We have even had a few thunderstorms. So I guess these are all signs of good things to come.....spring is just around the corner!
