We went to Lansing on New Year’s Day and stayed over night to celebrate Christmas with Nichelle, Mike and Tennyson.
We opened gifts.
It looks like Mike and Tennyson were in a hurry.

Now this is a cool invention, can’t wait until summer!!! It cuts the corn right off the cob.
Nichelle and Shaylin spent the afternoon putting together Tennyson’s new toy.

We spent the night playing games. One of them was Qwirkle. It is a fun new game they got. We also played Killer Bunnies…Eddie loved showing off his new card shuffler. We also played Sequence, Would you Rather and The Game of Things.
On Sunday we went to church and came home to the yummiest roast. It actually tasted like a combination of Prime Rib and Roast. It was soooo yummy. Nichelle also made us some German chocolate cupcakes.
It was a great weekend of family time!!
There were lots of laughs and smiles.
